Public health professional with over 10 years of experience in program management and monitoring & evaluation for HIV, TB, malaria, and RSSH programs across Myanmar in Sub-Recipients (SR), Principal Recipients (PR), and WHO. Skilled in designing and implementing evidence-based interventions in conflict-affected and underserved areas, with strong experience coordinating with UN agencies, INGOs, national programs, and CSOs. Proven ability in managing partnerships, strengthening health information systems, and promoting data-driven decision-making. Currently based in Thailand with flexibility for regional and international relocation.
